Class Action Waiver Opt-Out
You must submit your opt-out request within thirty (30) days of creating your Wepinion account. Opt-out requests received after this deadline will not be honored.
Overview
Our Terms of Service contain a class action waiver provision. By agreeing to our Terms, you waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative action proceeding against Wepinion.
You have the right to opt out of this class action waiver by following the instructions below. If you opt out:
- The opt-out will apply only to the class action waiver provision
- All other provisions of the Terms of Service will continue to apply to you
- Your use of the Service will not otherwise be affected
Eligibility
To be eligible to opt out, you must:
- Have a Wepinion account
- Submit your opt-out request within 30 days of creating your account
- Provide all required information (see below)
Opt-out requests received more than 30 days after account creation will be denied. The date of account creation is recorded when you complete the registration process.
How to Opt Out
To opt out of the class action waiver, you must submit written notice via email with all required information.

Subject Line: "Class Action Waiver Opt-Out"
Required Information:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on government-issued ID)
- The email address associated with your Wepinion account
- Your current mailing address (street address, city, state, ZIP code)
- Your Wepinion username or display name
- The approximate date you created your account
- A clear statement: "I wish to opt out of the class action waiver in the Wepinion Terms of Service"
Important: Opt-out requests that are missing required information, sent to the wrong email address, or received after the 30-day deadline will not be processed.
Confirmation
We will send a confirmation email within 10 business days acknowledging receipt of your opt-out request. If your request is valid and timely, we will confirm that your opt-out has been processed.
If your request is denied (e.g., due to missing information or late submission), we will notify you of the reason for denial.
Please retain a copy of your opt-out request and our confirmation for your records.
Effect of Opting Out
If you successfully opt out of the class action waiver:
- You retain the right to participate in class actions against Wepinion
- You and Wepinion each waive any right to a jury trial (this waiver is separate and remains in effect)
- All other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect
- Your ability to use the Service is not affected
